What counts against my email quota?
Every send through campaigns, the transactional API, or an MCP tool call counts toward your plan's monthly email quota. Bounces still count; unsubscribes do not.
Can I send from my own domain?
Yes — verify your sending domain by adding the DKIM CNAME records we generate for you. This improves deliverability and lets recipients see your brand, not ours.
What is the MCP integration?
Every action available in the console — drafting, sending, listing contacts, pulling analytics — is also exposed as an MCP tool, so your own AI agents can operate the platform directly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel from billing settings at any time. You keep access through the end of your current billing period, and your data stays exportable for 30 days after.
