Terms of Service

Last updated: [date] · This is a template and has not been reviewed by counsel — do not treat as final.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an AptireMail account, you agree to these terms. If you're creating an account on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company to this agreement.

2. The service

AptireMail provides email campaign sending, hosted business mailboxes, and AI-assisted drafting and reporting tools, accessible via the web console, REST API, and MCP tool surface described in our docs.

3. Acceptable use

You may only send email to recipients who have consented to receive it. You may not use AptireMail to send unsolicited bulk email, phishing content, malware, or anything that violates CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or equivalent anti-spam law in your recipients' jurisdiction. Repeated high complaint or bounce rates may result in sending being paused pending review.

4. Billing & cancellation

Plans are billed monthly (or annually by invoice, on request) starting at the end of your 14-day trial, on the plan you selected. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't currently offer a formal uptime SLA. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

6. Limitation of liability

AptireMail is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. [Liability cap and jurisdiction-specific carve-outs to be set by counsel.]

7. Governing law

[Governing law and jurisdiction to be confirmed.]

8. Changes to these terms

We'll post any material changes here and, where required, notify workspace owners by email before they take effect.
