Privacy Policy

Last updated: [date] · This is a template and has not been reviewed by counsel — do not treat as final.

1. Information we collect

When you create an AptireMail account, we collect the information you provide directly — your name, work email, company name, and billing details. When you use the product to send campaigns or host mailboxes, we process the contact data, message content, and sending-domain records you upload or configure on your own behalf.

2. How we use it

We use account information to operate your workspace, process billing through Stripe, and communicate service updates. We use the contact and campaign data you provide solely to deliver the sending, hosting, and analytics features you've configured — we do not sell customer data, and we do not use your contacts' data to send our own marketing.

3. Infrastructure & sub-processors

Email sending and hosted mailboxes run on Amazon Web Services (SES, S3, SNS). Billing is processed by Stripe. AI features (draft/subject-line/spam-score) are processed by our configured AI provider on a per-request basis and are not used to train third-party models. [Full sub-processor list to be confirmed.]

4. Data retention

Account and campaign data is retained for as long as your workspace is active. If you cancel, your data remains exportable for 30 days before deletion. Suppression-list entries (bounces/complaints) may be retained longer to maintain deliverability compliance.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your account data from your workspace settings at any time. For data-subject requests relating to contacts you've uploaded, you (the workspace owner) remain the data controller — contact us if you need help fulfilling one.

6. Changes to this policy

We'll post any material changes here and, where required, notify workspace owners by email before they take effect.
